The Multiplayer setting, Im not using a kids Account since i am Older then 18. Is states on minecraft i need to turn on some Multiplayer Setting To Play on servers and with Friends.

It says There go To xbox Family But i dont have a Xbox App I Dont even have a Xbox, i Even asked if there was a Solution For Playstation.

You don't necessarily need a Microsoft Account to play on other platforms, but having one will allow you to use cross-play.
