    Whenever I try to play multiplayer or a realm on minecraft it keeps popping up with the same error every time, I’ve restarted my Xbox, uninstalled minecraft and redownloded it, and it still pops up with the error. I have my account set to an adult account and checked multiple times and multiplayer and every other setting is allowed, it also won’t let me even play it on the adult account.

    It is more of a message than error but it says "You cannot play on realms because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online saftey settings allow multiplayer and clubs. See instructions for changing these settings as aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp."

    Family Filter App incompatible to device and thus Minecraft Multiplayer is blocked

    Thank you so much for your swift response. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I've Set all the settings to "Friends" except for Video calling. I have restarted the device and still Minecraft says "Due to the setting in your Microsoft account you cannot play Realms..." (translated from German).
    I do not see any setting on that page or in any of the adjacent named "Multiplayer". On the help page (https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us...ealms-Multiplayer-Access-for-a-Child-Account) it says:

    "If a member of your family group wants to play multiplayer features in Minecraft, such as Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Realms, an organizer can adjust these settings by using the Xbox Family Settings app."

    This app is available on Playstore, but not for my Samsung tablet.

    It says

    "You cannot play <on Realms> or <online multiplayer> because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow Multiplayer and Clubs. See instructions for changing these settings at aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp"

    I have clicked the submit button, and aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp does not work.
