    Minecraft multiplayer not available on Java


    I recently re-downloaded Minecraft on my laptop after doing the same on a different computer, i had the same problem occur. When i first loaded it and got to the title screen and multiplayer wasn't available. it said to go and change the accessibility settings,
    but i went into Microsoft account settings and couldn't find anything pertaining to multiplayer, and i would just like to know if anyone knows how to turn on multiplayer for minecraft java.

    If i buy Minecraft Dungeons from the Microsoft Store will it be available in the Minecraft (Java) Launcher, or will it be like Minecraft Java vs Bedrock?

    Is it possible to play with PS4 Minecraft and Java Edition Minecraft together on the same account?

    Simply put. No. It is not currently possible to play local multiplayer Java to bedrock Minecraft. (assuming your not running the Minecraft PS4 Edition of Minecraft). Which would still be no. There are plugins for java that allow bedrock clients to connect to java servers but that feature is not on current consoles. Sorry for the inconvenience. Happy gaming!

    TikTok and Twitch Minecraft capes aren't showin up in my skin editor. What do I do?

    As stated on the Minecraft website, the capes are not available for Java Edition yet.

    "Both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now, and will be in Java Edition by July 8. "
