I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft multiplayer error.

I understand that you have already managed your Xbox privacy settings yet to no avail.

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds just in case this would work according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...ttings by selecting View details & customize.

"Sign in to Xbox.com.

Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.

Select the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

Review the current settings and update all of the options as "Block", and then select Submit to save the changes.

Note: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved."

Then sign back in and update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.

Wait up to 24 hours to make sure the changes will be applied.

After signing out, sign in back into the Microsoft Store and Minecraft launcher, then check if you will be able to access the Minecraft multiplayer feature.

It seems from what you're writing that you have a child account, so even if you're not part of an Xbox family, you can't access multiplayer, due to your age. You would need an adult to add you to a family and give you consent to access it.

With the intention of helping you, I did an internal search in the Microsoft community forum and found a response from user Casobs2 where he gave a solution for all those who are having a problem similar to yours and I wanted to share it with you (You mentioned that you have tried some things, but I recommend trying this again).

In the Xbox Family Settings app, go to Settings, and then under Enable Minecraft, select Allow this game. Turn on Multiplayer to allow a member to play online with others, even if your account settings block multiplayer features. Enable Clubs so that a member can create and join Minecraft Realms servers.

Note: User Casobs2 mentioned that this worked, but it took approximately 24 hours to take effect.
