Minecraft multiplayer disabled_cannot reach Xbox One/Windows Online Safety site

i do not even know how to get to the buttens and i searched 6 sites and reddit anwsers

Clear your browser history (how to do) and login to https://account.xbox.com/settings using your Microsoft account. Try connect using Microsoft Edge browser.

If yours is a child account, you can't change privacy settings. Child accounts are considered all accounts under the age of 16 for the US & EU, 19 for South Korea. If there isn't an adult account associated with the child account, the adult will have to make a Microsoft account & associate the already created child account with it. Only parent accounts can change settings.

If you have your settings set to block joining multiplayer games, you can’t join any multiplayer games in Minecraft, including shared local worlds, Realms or servers. To enable multiplayer in Minecraft, make sure this setting is set to ‘Allow.’

• Does Multiplayer or Local work with the account?

Please try the following: Remove account from Family.
Then try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, try to see if it is possible to change the settings and save them this way. Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change
the Online Safety and Privacy Settings like
a phone, tablet, console etc.

Please try to also reach to the game support so that they can give you more information regarding the error message you got from the game.
