    Minecraft Multiplayer Child Account Problem


    Ok so, I have a child account because I am not yet 18. I made a Microsoft account yesterday so I could play Minecraft. I bought Minecraft from Amazon, redeemed it, and logged in to see I wasn’t allowed to play multiplayer. My dad has an account that for is linked to mine. From my account I cannot leave a Microsoft family, and when I try and view my family through my child account, it says my dad is the organizer or whatever. When I look through his account, my child account is nowhere to be seen. We made a new family through his account, and invited my child account. When attempting to accept the invite, it says I am already in a family and tells me to leave but I am a child so there is no way for me to leave. And from my child account, it says my father is the organizer of my family but from his account, my account is not there. Please help. There is no way to leave a family if the account moderating the supposed family I’m in is moderating another family I’m trying to enter. This is so annoying, please help.

    Can't update Privacy and Online Safety Settings - Unexpected Error

    Dear Microsoft the problem with Minecraft W10 described above happens even for adult accounts. Of course I've tried also with child account with required permissions. The same happens in both cases. So it's not related to child's account settings if adult
    account cannot connect to the multiplayer servers. Please do something with it.

    Hopefully they can remove you from the family, so you can be re-added to another family. However, I am not too sure if they will have this ability or not. Please can you let me know what Xbox Support say?

    I’ve already tried doing that I think. I tried through the Xbox Console almost first thing. But when we go through those steps, it takes us to Microsoft Edge and brings us to this page ->

    Yeah, so as I mentioned, I don’t appear in the family in the first place from his end. I had him create a new family and send me an invite, however when I tried to join it said I was in another family with him.
    Yikes, forgot about that part in the original post, sorry.

    If your dad signs into his account on your Xbox, then navigates to Settings > Account > Family Settings > Manage Family Members

    What does he see there?

    If you have already tried looking via the console, and not through the site, then I am sorry about re-suggesting it. From what I can gather, you have been trying through the website but wondering if the Xbox shows something different.
