    Minecraft Multiplayer Access


    If my child tries to open Multiplayer Access in Minecraft a message pops up "Multiplayer is disabled, please check your Microsoft account settings." I am going around in circles trying to find where these settings are, and cannot find where to make the changes needed whether I log into my child's account or my Administrator account.

    I cannot leave a family group that Microsoft put me in automatically.

    I have not been able to play on the Minecraft Multiplayer servers that I have payed for and have no way to access my settings to reenable my multiplayer.

    Let's try to solve this, give the next possible solution a try:

    Step 1: Block all your privacy settings temporarily
    https://account.xbox.com/Settings

    Step 2. Sign out from your account on the Xbox app, the Microsoft store and the Minecraft launcher.

    Step 3. Reset the Microsoft store cache using the wreset.exe command.

    Step 4. Repair and reset the Minecraft launcher; Go to PC Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Advanced option, once you find the Minecraft launcher > click on repair and reset.

    Step 5. Change your privacy settings and set everything to “allow”.

    Step 6. Sign in with your account on the Xbox app, the Minecraft launcher and the Microsoft store.
