Minecraft Movie capes not showing up "items not found".

I'm sorry to hear that you did not get your capes in your account. Can you please check in here if your capes are showing as redeemed? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If they are listed in there, please try following the steps below:

1. Restart your device.

2. Logout your Microsoft account in Minecraft Launcher then sign back in.

If they are not appearing in Java Edition, try to activate the capes first in Bedrock Edition. Please follow the steps provided in here on how to activate in Bedrock. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/31...

If your capes are not showing up on both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition after some time, you will have to contact Minecraft support. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

Capes are often granted to Minecraft: Java Edition profiles at a later date only after participation ends.

If you want to receive your cape on your Minecraft: Java Edition profile sooner, you can try to activate it by signing into Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Here’s how:

Wait for notification that your cape was granted or redeem your code.

Start the Minecraft Launcher.

Sign into the Launcher using the Microsoft account you use to play Minecraft.

Start the latest release of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

Select Dressing Room and locate your item in the appropriate section.

Exit Minecraft: Bedrock Edition after you verified that your item is available in the Dressing Room.

Sign out of the Minecraft Launcher and close the application.

Restart the Minecraft Launcher and sign in again with the same Microsoft account.
