Minecraft Minecoins and packs disappearing and showing up on other account in microsoft family

I was playing minecraft and my younger brother needed help for something, i can't recall exactly what. I signed out of my minecraft bedrock edition account from the xbox gamebar and signed into his account, also from the gamebar. I believe that he fixed
the problem from the ipad he was playing on, so i signed back into my account from the gamebar, but when i went to the minecraft marketplace all of my minecoins, skins, and packs were gone. I checked my brothers marketplace and he had all of the missing items
from my marketplace inventory, but all of his marketplace stuff was gone without a trace. P.S. we are both in the same microsoft family, if that helps

I am running into the same issue with missing minecoins from the starter pack as well. The only reason the starter pack was purchased was to get a few minecoins to start and they do not show up in the account. The same steps that lindros2 has followed
have been attempted as well with no luck.

Were these 700 minecoins from the Minecraft Starter Pack?

Is the order showing as completed on your Microsoft account?

This is not a Nintendo Question. The Minecraft game is owned by Microsoft. Your own game tells you on the startup screen to Link your Microsoft Account in order to preserve purchases from the Marketplace. I did that. I had 4000+ Minecoins (digital currency
directly related to Minecraft) and texture packs in the marketplace inventory. When I created and linked the Microsoft account, my Minecoins and purchases are no longer there. So there has been some kind of disconnect between Minecraft and the Microsoft
account. The Marketplace for Minecraft is not called "Nintendo Marketplace".

Since you have mentioned that you have successfully redeemed your 330 minecoins from Microsoft Rewards, kindly confirm if it shows successful on your account by signing on account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and billing > Order history > select the date of range when you redeemed your Minecoins.

Once you have confirmed that the Minecoins from Rewards are showing up on your Microsoft account, log in to Minecraft using the same Microsoft account > go to the marketplace and check if the Minecoins are showing up on your Minecraft account.
