I had already migrated my account way earlier it's just that the Microsoft account messed up and it also messed up all the connected things ( since I had migrated, my Minecraft was tied to my Microsoft account but now I've lost it since I lost the account )

To migrate the account you should have access to the account that you are using, you can't migrate your Mojang account if you don't have access to the Microsoft account, once the Migration it's done the email can't be changed, according to the migration FAQs

If you had already migrated your minecraft account to your dad's account there is no way to migrate it again. According to Minecraft support, this migration is permanent.

This is assuming that's the migration you are referring to. But you can double check with Minecraft support.
