    Minecraft Migration Glitch?


    Hello,

    I migrated my java & windows versions of minecraft together onto the same email as my windows version and now it's saying I don't own the windows version. I used gamepass for a little while but I don't want to have to keep paying for gamepass to continue playing my windows version of minecraft.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, we need to validate the license of the Minecraft for Windows license by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Kindly check if you can see the transaction for the game "Minecraft for Windows" stated as "completed".

    Once you were able to locate it make sure that you're signed in both on Xbox App and Microsoft Store App, and install it from there.

    Once a Minecraft account is migrated to a Microsoft account, it is permanently associated with that account. Unfortunately, you can't change this after migrating.

    To clarify, you are having issues accessing Minecraft on the account you migrated it to?
