Minecraft migration error sending mail

I’m dealing with the exact same thing. Did you ever find a fix?

Thanks for the reply, luckily Mojang support was able to fix my first problem.

Unfortunately, I now have a new problem: when I migrate the account to a Microsoft account, I get the message "Something went wrong" (see attachment).

Do you have any idea how to solve this, Mojang support could not help me there.

Hi,

I do have the same problem and I tried it now for many many times on different days

and I still get the message above, that they can´t send me the code to verify my email to finaly start the migration.

The support can´t help me, cause they just send me to a Bot and it can do absolutely nothing about my problem.

Please, I really need help
