Minecraft Micrsoft Merging

I have a Minecraft account under a sbcglobal.net email, however, this email was deleted a long time ago. I would like to get my free Minecraft Java and Bedrock edition since I was not able to merge the account before September 19th, 2023, due to the email not existing and constant emailing between Mojang/Minecraft support. It states on the Mojang Minecraft website that I can receive a copy of Minecraft both Java & Bedrock edition if I owned the game on a Mojang account. Furthermore, I am not able to sign into Mojang to receive my free Minecraft Java & Bedrock edition because the email is no longer valid. How do I go by this to get a copy? I did have Minecraft on the sbcglobal.net account.

Thank you for your reply RichieB_. However, I tried contacting Mojang support but this is what they sent me.

As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account related issues as account migration has ended.

If you have migrated your Mojang/Minecraft account to a Microsoft account and need assistance, please contact Microsoft Support.

I have tried requesting a ticket for two different topics but they just send me the same message. Is there by chance a different way to contact Mojang/Microsoft?

When it comes to your request the best support team that you need to contact is directly to the game studio of the game which is the Mojang. They have the right that will able to help you out with your request because they're the one who developed the game.

Well, it used to be called Minecraft PE but I thought it got merged with Minecraft Bedrock

Yes it is the same account. Infact its the same email. my Mojang account uses the same email as my Microsoft account. This only started happening when Microsoft stated they would be merging accounts with Mojang.

I did the process of merging and now I no longer own minecraft.

I understand you want to merge 2 accounts together for Minecraft.

Just a heads up though that merging accounts is not possible since they both have different data. If you are using different emails or accounts on both platforms, it will not have any option for merging them both unfortunately.
