minecraft/Microsoft log in problem

so ive been playing minecraft bedrock edition on ps4-5 and ive always had a problem with signing into my Microsoft account. every time i try to fix this problem im met with a pop up saying please log into a Microsoft account i dont own and have no idea what the email could be ive tried multiple looking at the help website which hasn't helped and ive even tried looking up the problem but none have actually woorked. does anyone know how to fix this or is also going though this?

If the system tells you that the PS account is already linked to another Microsoft account that you do not know, you will need to contact Minecraft support via this link:

Please note the following information from the Minecraft support page:

"WARNING: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account....

... If you believe that your Microsoft account or PlayStation:tm: Network account have been linked incorrectly, contact Minecraft support."

Was the game purchased from the Microsoft Store or the Minecraft website ?

Open the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app, and log out of the account you are logged in to.

Log back into the account where you purchased the game, open the Minecraft Launcher, and see if the problem persists.

I have a problem with signing in to Minecraft with my Microsoft account. Every time I click sign in, it brings me to the "Let's get you signed in with XBOX Live" screen. I click sign in and it brings me to a confirm
page to confirm my Microsoft account. I click "continue" and it brings me back to the "Let's get you signed in with XBOX Live" screen. I clicked sign in and it brought me the confirm page again. I clicked continue and it brought me back to the Minecraft app
but the screen won't load and the app is stuck on a black screen. Is there a solution to this? I've tried uninstalling and I've tried to disconnecting my WiFi from my Android phone.

Hi, Jesse. I can't remove that account as it is the primary user account on my PC. I have logged into a "Local Account" to try and fix the problem, but it has persisted. The Xbox Console Companion app is currently logged into the account that I purchased Minecraft on in 2019 so that is not the problem. I am also logged into the account that I purchased Minecraft with on the Microsoft store.
