Minecraft microsoft isn’t recognizing my email?

I purchased a new Minecraft account (Microsoft) on the 12th of May 2022.

Did you purchase a Minecraft account, or purchase Minecraft the game?

However, I just realised that there isn’t a confirmation email in my inbox/junk mail. I recently have had an issue in Minecraft and they required my transaction ID from the confirmation email. May I know why I did not receive the confirmation email in my Microsoft account inbox?

Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.

Please double-check that you are using the exact email address associated with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft. If you migrated from a Mojang account, make sure that the migration was completed successfully and that you are using the correct credentials to enable you to sign in successfully.

And then verify that you can log in to your Microsoft account through the Microsoft website: https://account.microsoft.com or via the Xbox app. If your account isn’t recognized there, it means that the account you are signing in is incorrect.

If you already found the correct account details and still having issues signing logging in, make sure that your Minecraft launcher is up-to-date because an outdated launcher might have compatibility issues with the latest Microsoft login procedures.

Then within the Minecraft launcher, verify the correct Microsoft account is selected under the "Settings" or "Account" section.
