    Minecraft/Microsoft account lost


    Hi there,

    I had my initial Microsoft account hacked and could not retrieve my account back, so Microsoft deleted my account in order for me to create another one with the exact same email address. However, resulting in me losing my Minecraft account since I had already migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft.

    Is it possible for you guys to add the game back for me because I still have the exact same email address and I still have access to my Gmail account which contains proof of my Minecraft account migration?

    I feel it is the least you guys can do since you couldn't give back my original Microsoft account despite my proof of ownership, yet I was forced to have it deleted and the only solution given was to create a new one. Would've been a very simple solution to just reactivate my account and give back my access but I understand you guys don't have the power to do that which is truthfully stupid. I am just not looking forward to buy a game I have already purchased before and own.

    Is there a way I can change my minecraft account's microsoft account

    if you cannot access your microsoft account and have 2fa active then they are right all is lost, and as the microsoft account is the account that minecraft migrated too you have now lost minecraft if you cannot access the microsoft account.

    I am sorry, but as explained above, it is no longer possible to recover the account once the email is changed. Remember, your Microsoft account is the same as your Minecraft account, so if one is lost then I'm afraid your license to Minecraft is lost too.

    Assigning Minecraft account to a diffrent Microsoft account

    Since my Microsoft account was linked to my Minecraft account I lost access to my Minecraft account cause someone deleted my Microsoft account. Now Im not sure what happens but I was wondering if i would be possible to link a diffrent Microsoft account to an already migrated Minecraft account.

    Unfortunately not. If the Microsoft account that your Minecraft account was migrated to was deleted then your Minecraft would be essentially deleted along with it.

    So is my account lost forever? I'm fine if it is but I just want access to Minecraft account again. Is there a way to transfer my Minecraft account to another Microsoft account so I can still use it?

    When trying to login it says "this account does not exist"

    I had already migrated my account way earlier it's just that the Microsoft account messed up and it also messed up all the connected things ( since I had migrated, my Minecraft was tied to my Microsoft account but now I've lost it since I lost the account )
