Minecraft-Microsoft Account hacked and now suspended

It is true that all content attached to an account is linked to that account and cannot be transferred and as this is an open forum populated mostly by gamers like yourself I'm afraid we would not be able to say whether or not your content has been lost.

It's been about 3 days since I've emailed them re: the account transfer, to no avail. Could you advise me on how much time it would take for them to get back to me?

I am sorry to know about what happened to your account. I know how frustrating that must be. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation.

Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they are protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Microsoft takes our security very seriously even them cannot just simply access our accounts. We are given by Microsoft the ability to secure our accounts using their security tools or security measures online. It's up to us to maintain and keep it secure as it's somehow our responsibility to protect our accounts.

In regard to your account issue, I am afraid that we can no longer do much about it based on their response. Your game licenses and data are part of that account and non-transferable. Sorry again to hear about what happened.
