Minecraft Marketplace worlds not loading but regular ones work fine....

so basically i recently brought a few world and skin packs from the marketplace for my Xbox one and they were all working until i brought and tried to open the Esta Noche template and it instantly displayed an error screen saying "There was a problem loading
this world." i have restarted my Xbox several times and reset my WIFI but no luck. and then when i tried to play my regular worlds that i didn't buy from the market place it loaded perfectly find and didn't have any issues. so I'm not really sure what to do
so if you have any ideas then let me know cause id be really grateful....

An additional option to the ones that were given to you by my fellow ambassadors you could try to reset your console cache by holding the power button until the xbox shuts off which might help too

On Android mobile.

1. In the minecraft app marketplace, purchased the Stoneblockworld.

2. This world contains add ons and new items.

3. Played the world for a couple days with no issues.

4. Go to open the world, there is a lock icon on it. It says" this world was created using a template the you have not purchases, would you like to purchase it now?"

5. If I press yes it takes me to the store with an option to purchase and a create world button

6. If I press create world it just recreates the world from the beginning

7. If I purchase again wich I did it dies the sam

8. If I press no, it loads the game but removes all add ons and items from the world, leaving a regular unusable world.

I'm signed in to my microsoft acount and the world does show up as owned in my purchases
