Minecraft Marketplace (Windows 10)

I play Minecraft bedrock edition on mobile, Nintendo Switch and Windows 10. In the past I have bought a fair amount of items in the marketplace, however, since a little before the 'Buzzy Bees' update, all these purchases have gone. On my Xbox account,
which I checked, it has no record of these purchases.

Thank you for keeping us updated. XBF Brad A is recommending to check any other accounts that you may have for the missing content. This is due to you mentioning that the order history of your primary account does not show transactions for the content.
You can check
the order history and
license list for those accounts to locate the content. The ambassadors, moderators and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to check the alerts on an account. The
Xbox Support Team can view that information. We will provide steps on how to contact the Xbox Support Team. Be sure to let us know the results DrH_Woomy!

Select Account & profile in the first drop down box

Hi, thanks for the reply but I don't understand what you mean by checking other emails. The items are no longer available when I am on Minecraft, they were previously.

I've left it a few weeks to query as I guessed they may just come back as
initially there was an error message that mentioned there was a problem with my account and it would be resolved in a couple of days. Could you check that somehow?

Please understand that all the purchases that I'm missing on this account were bought with Minecoins, or were free on the Marketplace. I've repurchased the free downloads that were missing as they are free. I don't, of course, want to buy the items that
I have already paid real money
for (in Minecoins) again. An example of one item that was paid for but is no longer available to me is the "Plastic Texture Pack" if you could maybe check that one? There are at least 4 others too.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend checking other emails you may have. Sounds like it may be a different account. If you checked the

order history and they are not there, it most likely on another account.
