Minecraft marketplace subscription bought but not reflected in app

If you bought it through Marketplace then they must be a Marketplace partner. You might need to send feedback to Mojang directly by going here: https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/game-t... and click "Get help with Minecraft on different devices" and click "Submit a request".

However, there's no way to reverse minecoins once you purchased it on Marketplace thus, you can process a refund by going to xbox.com/refunds for the minecoins you bought and if it's not listed, you can use the refund form here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-... to manually request a refund.

If you do not have a Minecraft Subscription reflected on your MS account order history, it means that you do not have any Minecraft subscription on your MS account platform. May I ask if you have subscribed to it from another platform or a different account? Double-check the emails regarding the subscription and details on your Bank account or online payment.

If you cannot find what account where your monthly subscription to Minecraft is, request support from Minecraft, and in the category, choose Marketplace support, and in the subject, Marketplace Pass. Fill in all necessary information, and in the "What can we help with?" box, please give detailed information about your issue and, if possible, upload attachments.

Also, please contact your bank regarding the unknown charges for the subscription.
