Minecraft Marketplace: purchased World stuck on downloading

Using W10 on a PC; MS Store Minecraft launched via XBOX Store & Minecraft Launcher.

Updated all of the following;

Windows 10

Drivers using CCLEANER (There were 2 audio drivers).

MS Store

Ran XBOX Repair

Closed Minecraft & XBOX Store multiple times; rebooted PC multiple times.

Issue seen with another previously purchased World now stuck same as new World - tested this after the current issue appeared.

Deleted various Worlds from Storage to free space NB I have a lot of space to use yet - 700GBs.

Re in-game Settings/Storage - the new world that I was trying to download was not seen but the Skins are.

This issue never seen before by me.

Hi Mark, my name is Oskayra and I would be happy to help.

Apparently you have already tried several things but I recommend you try to clear the Minecraft cache. To do this, open the Windows Settings application and go to "Applications > Minecraft". In the "Storage" tab, click "Delete" and then "Delete data".

If this does not work, you can try reinstalling Minecraft. To do this, open the Windows Settings application and go to "Applications > Minecraft". In the "Uninstall" tab, click "Uninstall". Once uninstalled, reinstall Minecraft from the Microsoft Store.

Thanks, may I know if you already tried power cycling your console?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

I was on an Xbox One, and I've already tried looking at the storage settings, but I couldn't find what I was having problems with.
