    Minecraft marketplace bug?


    Yesterday I tried to purchase Minecoins on Minecraft PE it kept bringing an error up saying incomplete purchase, then once I finally figured it out online i did the sign out restart phone sign in method I before that had deleted the app and reinstalled it, but once it said purchase complete it took the money but didn't give me any Minecoins. Instead I have zero Minecoins and my previously bought packs are locked saying I need to buy them again. I'm not sure what to do but I'm now missing over $20 worth of packs, please help me.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately this is not the right place to inquire about purchasing issues with the in-game Minecraft Marketplace. That issue sounds like a bug to me on the server side for Minecraft so it would be best to contact
    Mojang (Minecraft) Support to report this issue if your internet connection is indeed working fine. Besides re-installing the app and checking for updates, there isn't much we can do here about bugs encountered with the Minecraft Marketplace. I'll provide

    Minecraft minecoins and purchases gone

    I contacted Nintendo Support, they are very quick to respond to any questions customers have and said to me that this is not a Nintendo Issue but a Minecraft one because they are the ones that are able to see Minecoins and marketplace purchases. There
    is some bug in the marketplace which is not being taken care of while customers who have spent money are being ignored!

    Sorry, I thought you meant a download issue which is a common issue.

    Yes if the map is unplayable due to a bug then they will need to fix it. They won't have access to "issue a refund", however, they are most certainly the ones to speak to to get the bug fixed.

    I'd also contact Minecraft support to request a refund of the Minecoins at the same time. That's what I would do.

    This is not a bug. This is not a faulty console. Your Edge browser is not corrupt. You did nothing wrong. Microsoft screwed it up. At least a partial reason why the downloads functionality was removed was because Minecraft players would download mods for the game, which essentially made Microsoft less money because they could just download free versions of mods from the Minecraft Marketplace.
