Minecraft lost inventory, came back next start up then lost again on next start up

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

A pop up says: The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again. For more help, visit www.xbox.com/support. I am so lost in what to do next.

As the xbox came up, after installing the required update, she starts saying she needed to go help the next customer, i said ”im in and ready to check the settings” and she said sorryand hung up.

My inventory bar disappeared the other day, I quit to the dashboard, started it up again and it was back.
