    Minecraft logout issues on platform bedrock


    I have recently tried logging into my Microsoft account in minecraft bedrock on my playstation 4 yet it keeps telling me that I have already logged in somewhere else. I cant find the other place where I am supposedly logged in and when I tried looking through my connections I couldnt even find my java minecraft account or my bedrock account yet it keeps telling me that I am already connected. How may I fix this?

    Unfortunately, because this is an in-game account issue with Minecraft you will need to open a ticket in the Minecraft Help Center. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can select "contact" and a form will be provided. Fill out that form with as much information as possible, and the Minecraft Help Center team should be able to assist you.

    Log-in issues

    The issue here is related to platform licensing differences, Minecraft Bedrock Edition on mobile (tablet) and Bedrock Edition on Windows PC are technically separate purchases, even though they’re both part of the Bedrock ecosystem.

    If you want to play on both devices, you’ll need to purchase Minecraft for Windows separately.
