    Minecraft log in trouble


    I am able to log into Minecraft on my desktop but unable to log into the game on my laptop. I have logged out of my desk top, logged into my Microsoft account on my laptop, and tried to shut down my laptop and reattempt to log in. I continue to get the
    message " we tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong."

    This is coinciding with persistent pop-up error messages as well.

    HELP! Minecraft log in trouble :)

    Bedrock version of the game uses the Xbox account. Which is used on Windows 10, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and mobile. Only time you will need to contact Mojang for support with an account is if you have the Java version of the game.

    Have you double checked that the email and password you are entering are correct, and are the ones for this account?

    Have you checked all the folders for that email? including spam?
