    Minecraft locks at menu screen


    Minecraft for Xbox One, at the menu screen (with all the selections: play, help and options, etc.) anything I select, when I hit the A button I hear a click like it has been selected, but the game does nothing. I end up having to hit the guide button and
    exit the game. I'm connected to Live. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still the same situation. I tried waiting, at least 45 minutes and it never fired up.

    Any ideas on a fix would be appreciated. Thank you.

    minecraft freezes at menu

    my minecraft freezes at the menu after i push the A button on play game can you help fix the problem i have done everything on help menu and reinstalled the game to no affect

    Media Player locking up

    I don't know if this is where to post this problem, but when I snap the media player for music in background, after some time the player will freeze. Example: Playing Minecraft, after the music runs out, I snap to the media player to play more music, and
    the screen lock's up. You can hold the Xbox button on controller and hear the console off, controller off menu pop up, but nothing show's on screen,just a locked up screen of the game. In this case Minecraft. After a hard reset, everything works again. But
    after time the media player will lock up again. Just wanted to know, if I was the only one having this problem. Thanks Travis B.

    To remove ads from Start menu, do the following:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click on Personalization.
    3. Click on Start.
    4. Turn off the Occasionally show suggestions in Start toggle switch.
    To remove ads from the Lock screen, do the following:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click on Personalization.
    3. Click on Lock screen.
    4. In the Background drop-down menu, select Picture or Slideshow.
    5. Turn off the Get fun facts, tips, and more from Windows and Cortana on your lock screen toggle switch

    Problems After Update

    Good morning, I had that problem with the Cortana settings locking up, when it locks up press the xbox button on the controller to get back to the home screen and then hit the menu button to go back to the settings, I had to do that a couple of times to
    finally get to turn Cortana off.
