i can't redeem Minecraft Legends But i already buy the redeem code from the xbox website

went i input the code its make :

This code was not found. Try re-entering it. If the code is broken, contact the seller. The invalid character is AE. I.O, ULS, 0, 1, and 5. Get info

The code sent to my email. Pls Answer becouse i already delete the mail.

And i used a lot of money to buy it.

PLS SOMEONE HELP ME

If that's the case, I woujld suggest that you contact our live support team through chat/phone. In that way they can assist you in resolving the problem.

To contact live support, please follow the guide below:

Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
Select the "Contact Us" button
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Minecraft legends deluxe code.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

- Make sure your console is connected to the internet and you are signed in with the same account that redeemed the code.

- Go to Settings > Account > Manage subscriptions and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is listed there. If not, try redeeming the code again or contact us for further assistance.

- Go to My games & apps > See all > Manage game and add-ons and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is installed. If not, select it and install it.

- Launch the game and go to the Marketplace tab. Select the Minecraft legends deluxe pack and press A to download it.

- Restart the game and check if you can access the skins.
