Minecraft Launcher can't verify I own Minecraft

First is to verify your account owns minecraft. Please make sure that you are signed into the Microsoft account you used to purchase Minecraft. You can check your purchase history on the Microsoft Account Services page: https://account.microsoft.com/services to verify that the game is listed.

Once verified that you owned the game, please restart your modem/router in order for the device network to refresh.

And then sign out and sign in. Kindly sign out of your Microsoft account in the Minecraft launcher.

Close the launcher completely.

Sign back in with your Microsoft account and check if the game is recognized.

Next is clear your Minecraft launcher cache because this can help resolve any corrupted files that might be causing the issue.

Then uninstall the Minecraft launcher and reinstall it from the official Minecraft website. This will help resolve issues with the launcher.

Can you verify that you are signed into the correct Microsoft account that owns Minecraft: Java Edition in the Microsoft Store app, the Minecraft Launcher and the laptop itself? Can you also try installing the Minecraft Launcher in the Xbox app (not be confused with the Xbox Companion app)?

We recommend trying to install Minecraft through the Minecraft Launcher located in the Xbox app instead of the Microsoft Store. Launch the Xbox app and verify that you’re signed into the account that owns the game. After, search for Minecraft. There you will find Minecraft for Windows + Launcher.
