We recommend that you create a Family Account that includes yourself as the Administrator and then your daughter as a Child. Through a Family Account you can manage purchases, screentime, and set up other helpful parental controls. Please visit Mojang’s support article on how to manage parental consent and family settings for a child account to complete this.

If you already purchased Minecraft and you did so with your personal Microsoft account, then the game is tied to your Microsoft Account. You cannot move digital games between accounts. If you would like the game to be under your daughter’s account so that she signs in with her own credentials, then we recommend getting a refund and then purchasing it on your daughter’s account. Please visit Mojang’s support article on purchasing Minecraft for a Child to complete this.
