please do not post your game keys online where they can be stolen

Once a key is activated it cannot be added to another account you would have to purchase the game again to add it to another account

I'd get a Switch anyway, its a great console. I spent ten hours over the weekend playing Dragon Quest Builders, and it was only a demo

They can help troubleshoot the Xbox but it not a phone number for a replacement.

If they determine there's an issue with the Xbox console that needs repair, they can assist with creating a repair order for your console.

Where did you buy the console from?

The Xbox One X was only released in November, so take it back or return it to where you bought it from and get them to replace it.

It is the people you bought it from responsibility to replace faulty hardware, not Microsoft (unless of course you bought it from the Microsoft store but then you'd need to be contacting them and not Xbox Support).
