    Minecraft Key not working


    Please help me, i understand this may not be the right place to ask but i need help fast. I recently (just a few mins ago) bought a Minecraft Java key. I went to redeem it and it said "key already redeemed". I contacted Mojang Support but have read that they take months to respond. I have tried redeeming this code in both the microsoft store and minecraft website, to no success. Please help me on this, i have confirmation of purchase and everything.

    This problem has been resolved finally. I was able to call Microsoft support to first fix the unknown issues with my account and then had to call Microsoft Store support to fix the problem with the beta key not working. So, for others that have this problem,
    please call Microsoft Store support at: 1-877-696-7786.

    you might contact the Xbox support or Mojang support regarding this issue. Minecraft on Xbox and Windows should both work with the same key.
