Minecraft Keeps freezing randomly

Whenever im playing minecraft sometimes it just freezes making me have to go back to the home screen and load up minecraft again and its gotten really anoying. Is there a reason or is it just my xbox. If there is a reason, then how do i fix it?

If you're playing with a disc (say the old xbox one version) then it could be the disc is damaged. If it's happening on only one world it could be a corrupt save file. Respectively you'd have to get a new disc or delete the corrupted save file. If it's
not either of those issues, maybe try reinstalling the game?

The thing is, im not using a disk. I have the game digitally. All of this started happening after i recently left the insider progam due to the 1.16 update being released and i have tried reinstalling the game to no avail. Also it happens on every world

Yeah same here my game keeps freezing during the loading screen or randomly

Same here, it was freezing randomly for the last week, but today it freezes about 2 minutes into the game every time. It is just Minecraft too, tested a bunch of other arcade downloaded games and disc games and it is only Minecraft =( So sad, just after
it got me all addicted too.

Had no problems with the game until the latest update. Now it keeps freezing and quitting to dashboard every few minutes. Started in Chillwind Depths, but now it happens randomly.
