    Minecraft jeu introuvable


    Bonjour,

    J'ai acheté un compte minecraft par Mojang il y a quelques années de ça.

    Il y a quelques mois, j'ai effectué le transféré sur microsoft et tout c'est bien passé.

    Depuis quelques jours quand je connecte mon compte et que j'arrive sur la page du jeu, il ne me l'affiche plus et me demande de le payer alors que j'y jouai il y a moins d'une semaine.

    Serait-il possible de trouver une solution ce problème.

    Mojang est conscient des problèmes rencontrés par les clients pour revenir dans le jeu et a publié des étapes pour les aider. Vous pouvez trouver leur aide ici



    La chose principale semble être un problème avec l’endroit où vous pouvez posséder Minecraft. Si vous avez terminé la migration du compte, votre compte Mojang sera désactivé et il devrait vivre sur votre compte Microsoft. Alors, assurez-vous que vous vous connectez avec le bon.



    Si vous croyez que vous êtes et que vous ne pouvez toujours pas entrer, Mojang vous a conseillé de les contacter ici et d’ouvrir un ticket expliquant votre problème et ils seront plus qu’heureux de vous aider.

    Mojang is aware of issues customers are having with getting back into the game and has published steps to help out. You can find their help here



    The main thing appears to be an issue with where you may own Minecraft. If you completed the account migration, then your Mojang account would be decommissioned, and it should live on your Microsoft account. So, ensure you are signing in with the correct one.



    If you believe you are and still can't get in, Mojang advised you can contact them here and open a ticket explaining your issue and they will be more than happy to help.
