Minecraft Java Edition skin not showing in singleplayer and multiplayer

Select Latest Release to make sure that it's up to date. If you see the default skin in-game refresh by logging out and back in. If everyone's skins show as the default, the server may be running in offline mode.

Hello, Anne! Thanks for your reply and for trying the steps. Have you already migrated your account? Kindly also try to repair the launcher. Right-click the Launcher. Press “App Settings.” Browse the settings and hit “Repair,” followed by “Reset.” Let the Launcher restore to its previous settings and try to launch Minecraft.

If it persists, I am afraid you need to contact Minecraft team so they can further check your profile.

i tried to do what you said, i logged out and back in with my microsoft account in the launcher but it still doesn't work

and yes i used the latest version of Minecraft Java Edition but still doesn't work
