    I have purchased Mincraft: Java Edition in may of 2021 and everything have been fine so far. I was able to play up until two days ago when my game seemed to just straight up disappear from every order history. This is insane. The game in not in order history here and not available anywhere else. Mincraft launcher says "We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection."

    I have bought it through Mincraft.net and have a transaction id. I only ever used my Microsoft account. How can I get my game and access to my account back?

    I believe my minecraft account got hacked.

    We are experiencing a similar situation. We purchased two Minecraft Java Editions and migrated both accounts to Microsoft. A few weeks ago, the Java Edition disappeared from one account, while it remains on the other. We're receiving no support from Microsoft.

    It's like talking into a void. :(

    Please tell me:
    Did you tried signing with your account on another PC to see if maybe the issue persist?
    Or are you seeing this unable to verify the products message in the Minecraft.net website?

    And, your Microsoft account never was compromised or similar, correct?

    PS: please don’t share personal information including the transaction ID or your email address, here in the community forums no one can access directly to your account details

    Yes please, I recently saw another player reporting the exact same problem inside the launcher

    Hi, can you try downloading and using the launcher on a different PC?

    Could be a temporary issue with the Minecraft servers
