    Minecraft java doesnt work


    Hello, I am trying to download minecraft java, I put in all the correct numbers for my credit card and I bought it last year but I was only able to use it for a day. I am trying again but it is not working, it keeps saying "ERROR PLACING ORDER An error occurred while placing order, please verify payment info and try again" even when I enter the correct numbers for the card, and do everything else. How do I fix this?

I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Payment errors are often difficult to track down; they can happen in different steps of the payment process for a few reasons.

    Troubleshoot Purchasing

    Try your purchase on another web browser or device, and make sure that the browser is the most current version.

    Try a different payment method in the online store. There are several different payment methods available.

    Note: Payment methods may vary depending on your country.

    Use a Minecraft Prepaid Card

    If you are still not able to make a purchase, you may be able to buy a Minecraft prepaid card and use that.

    Minecraft prepaid cards can be used on a Microsoft account (that does not already own a copy of the game) and entitle the cardholder to one Minecraft license (one copy of Minecraft).

    There are several different versions of minecraft. Minecraft: Java edition is PC only and can only crossplay with Java players (mac, Lenox, PC) The minecraft that doesnt have a version next to it is the play together version or more commonly called bedrock.
    Bedrock is the version that can be played across mobile, console, and PC. There are also editions that are made specifically for most consoles and even a stand alone mobile version. Examples would be Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, Minecraft: Pocket Edition.
    These do not work with Bedrock which is just called Minecraft. Java is the most updated version of minecraft while bedrock would be right behind that one. The others I'm really not sure how often they update them if at all. Each edition of Minecraft has to
    be purchased separately. I happen to own both Minecraft: Xbox one edition and Minecraft since they released at separate times. I also have Java on my PC. As for your issue they do not have a Bedrock version on the 360.

    I am experiencing the same issue. Nothing states JAVA EDITION, even tho I have it and have used it once before. All that I see available is Minecraft Launcher(doesnt open anything when I click on it), Minecraft Dungeons, & Minecraft for Windows PC bundle, all of which don't allow me to access the Java Edition which I need to access an alpha custom server. Very fustrating.

    My account is already migrated but Minecraft is still asking for me to pay to play Java Edition despite already having Bedrock Edition. What else do I have to do?

    yes i installed minecraft on my mobile before, but i can play it on my pc since i bought it. So why cant i play java, is it because i installed the mobile version first? but even so, its doesnt change the fact that i can play bedrock on pc, but not java.
