Minecraft Java and Bedrock name parity.

I would like my Minecraft Java and Bedrock versions usernames to be the same, but there is no option to merge usernames and I the Xbox website and Microsoft websites both direct me to a support page that does not seem to apply to me. I am not sure if the name I wish to have is already taken on Xbox but I want for recognition and simplicity reasons, to have them both the same using my current Java username.

Mostly want to know if there is a simple way to get my username on Java to be the same as on Bedrock avoiding my previous issues. (redirecting or my username being taken already)

Username I want them both to be is my profile name above without the space in-between.

Current problem is that the one on bedrock has numbers after it while before it had none

Please be informed that Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions are two different versions of Minecraft. Only the Bedrock edition is using the Xbox's account system for multiplayer, that is why it's linked to your Xbox account itself. For Xbox account gamertag, you can change it directly on https://account.xbox.com/Profile by editing your gamertag there. It seems that the only bundles you can purchase are the Minecraft: Java & Bedrock edition for PC and Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition Deluxe collection.

No, if you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4 and link your Microsoft account with your PS4 account, it will not sync the purchase with the accounts. Minecraft Bedrock purchases are tied to the platform on which they are made. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PC, you will only be able to play it on PC. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4, you will only be able to play it on PS4.

You only purchased a license for Minecraft Bedrock on Android devices. You'll have to buy the game for Windows if you want to play it on your laptop.
