Minecraft Java account gone after migration

So awile ago I kinda just quit minecraft but the last thing I did was migrate my account to make sure that I could log into it whenever I returned. Recently I got the motivation to return so I redownload the launcher and sign into my microsoft and all that and the first thing I go to check is my hypixel skyblock (played for 300 or so hours) and first two things i notice are deafult skin and no display name (weird huh), then I go to fly (mvp perk) and I can't so I then notice mvp rank is gone. At this point I figure out that something must've happened so i check my skyblock and you guessed it, nothing. So I have logged out and in a couple times and tried logging in with Mojang account rather than microsoft and all that but nothing seems to work, in fact It's saying I don't even own the game that I can only access it from pc gamepass when I have definitely bought the game and even have the original purchase receipt from 2018 in my email. So by migrating have I just lost my 300+ hours on hypixel and my ownership of the game? is there any way to fix this?

10/21/2020 - Minecraft Support first announce migration of Java to Microsoft account. (You will get to keep your Minecraft Java username.)

9/19/2023 - Last call to migration of Mojang account to Microsoft account with access of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition for Windows and free cape. This allows you to access to both Java and Bedrock editions and unmigrated Mojang accounts will not be able to sign in to Minecraft.net or the Minecraft Launcher to migrate.

Hello Ron. I have logged in to the account with my microsoft account. That is my point. After Migration my account "Jokujuntti" is just gone. And i have no acces to java edition at all. And also that is the launcher i have currently. It makes NO DIFFERENCE at all. This migration has DELETED my java edition from my account and i want it BACK

so i spoke with Xbox helper and he told me that my minecraft java edition from Xbox Game Pass doesn't exist after the migration and it can't be recovered,

but how is that possible that account can be deleted without any warning, and can't be recovered because it doesn't make sense in my opinion. Also in FAQ about migration there is no information what will happen when you migrate mojang account to microsoft account that has java edition minecraft.
