Minecraft Issues on MacBook

If you get a new macbook, you will be able to run Minecraft without issue. If you don't get a new macbook, then you need to reassess your priorities.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. To confirm, are you currently in the process of trying to migrate your Microsoft account with your Minecraft account? It is possible that you already have a preexisting account with the username you are attempting to use.

Check your Internet connection. Make sure your MacBook Air is connected to the Internet and has a stable connection.

Try downloading the Minecraft launcher again. You can download the launcher from the Minecraft website.

Try launching the launcher from the downloads folder. Once you have downloaded the launcher, locate the Downloads folder on your MacBook Air.

Open the folder and double-click the "Minecraft Launcher" file.
