    hey there everyone, so recently i wanted to buy Minecraft Xbox One edition but it says is not able to purchase it right now

    Anyone know why? An answer will help my day, thanks.

    price upgrade issues

    I bought Minecraft Xbox 360 and sold my xbox like another poster on here to fund the Xbox One purchase. I was still able to buy Minecraft Xbox One Edition for £3.49, although I wasn't able to recover my impressive 360 Minecraft world, which I put 2 years
    into building!

    Are purchases availabe to all family accounts ?

    Purchase the Minecraft packs and the kids were able to use them on their accounts. Thank you for the help.

    Hi Levi! You're welcome and yeah, it’s definitely surprising that iDeal isn’t supported, given how common it is in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, aside from the payment methods I mentioned, there isn’t a direct way to purchase Minecraft from Microsoft using iDeal.

    I have an Xbox Live subscription with game pass so that isn’t the problem. Minecraft has been purchased years ago as well so it’s not game pass not registering that I don’t own Minecraft either.

    No it isn’t, and it’s been around 48 hours but if i am able to refund the purchase, the purchase gets refunded or Fulfilled I’ll notify you

    Unable to find the Minecraft confirmation email in inbox

    I purchased a new Minecraft account (Microsoft) on the 12th of May 2022.
    Did you purchase a Minecraft account, or purchase Minecraft the game?

    However, I just realised that there isn’t a confirmation email in my inbox/junk mail. I recently have had an issue in Minecraft and they required my transaction ID from the confirmation email. May I know why I did not receive the confirmation email in my Microsoft account inbox?

    Since this seems to be a Nintendo issue, there isn’t much we can do, but you may be able to find what you’re looking for at the

    How does this become a Nintendo issue when the only connection to them was to use their eShop to purchase minecoins that are not tied to the console but digital currency for the Minecraft game itself? When I purchased the minecoins for $24.99, it loaded
    that balance to the Minecraft game. I was able to use those minecoins to purchase the Toystory mashup skins which are no longer showing up in my library. I know I purchased this skin because I have a saved world using it but now it has a padlock symbol on
    my saved world as well as the remaining balance of minecoins is now 0.
