    Minecraft is updated to 1.16 but my world isn't


    Hello,

    I just updated Minecraft: Bedrock Edition to 1.16 but I realized my world isn't. I've tried tons of methods and none have worked. This is affecting me from uploading that world to a realm.

    Please help,

    Cannot Connect to World via LAN in Minecraft 1.16. World hosted on iPad.

    Both the iPad and Windows 10 box in question have been updated. Both are running minecraft 1.16.

    Hi there

    I believe there is an error where worlds before 1.16 do not work after the update but I'm sure you will be able to get your world back soon if they fix it but, as of now I don't know of a way to fix it.

    I am playing Minecraft windows 10 while my friend is playing on xbox one. While I tried to join his game it said Outdated client. I went to check to see if my game has an update and it does not. My friends game does not have an update either. I
    am on 1.14 and he is on 1.16. So basically we can't play with each other. And I know 1.16 came out on march 16th this year.

    I am having same issue, my friend has xbox one 1.16 nether update version and i have the nintendo switch 1.14.3 version and it will not let me into realm. The realm acct/world was created on my friend’s xbox one. Is there any solution to this problem?

    As the others have said previously, your friend on Xbox is in the Minecraft Beta. The only way you would be able to join their realm is if they left the beta and downgraded to the "current" version. Good Luck!
