According to a search I did by performing an ignition cycle, the problem can be solved, although I read that you have already restarted but still follow these steps:

Press and hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds, or until the power turns off completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cable back in and restart the console.

Same here. All of my games have stopped tracking time. Minecraft has been stuck at 84 hours for over a month and ive played it daily since then. Red Dead Redemption 2 is stuck at 27 minutes.
