Minecraft is not registered on my account anymore.

I don't remember the date but about a year ago or so I changed my email address from c****** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to b.****** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** 1 single purchase is showing for my account whatsoever. Yes, I own Minecraft. I have verified my purchases as well. I've had this account for longer than I remember, even before I was even near my adulthood. I also lost about 12 years of files from my OneDrive of the c****** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. All of the current OneDrive files that are from my account are from my b.****** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** account.

Also when I take a look at the Microsoft store is still shows my old account for Issa Girth with the email of c****** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but that account doesn't exist anymore according to the Microsoft.com website.

Please, please, please can I receive help with this issue, it's really urgent and important to me.

    Thank you.

    :)

There was a problem communicating with xbox live. Please try again later.

You mean removing 360 registered consoles serials from the account? Yes! Both my 360 aren't listed anymore on my account as "registered devices". I think they did it once the 360 hardware support was gone. I still can see my One X and Series X registered.

Minecraft not anymore in my account...

Hi Emperor L, my name is Daniel and I would be happy to help.

It's not in the migration instructions, but after the migration, you need to ADD a NEW account and link it to your Microsoft account. It will take longer to start, but it sure works.

At the login prompt in the Java launcher, return. You will see the Mojang account you were logged into; ignore it and add a new account to the launcher. Using the email address associated with the Microsoft account you just migrated to, sign in with your Microsoft account email address and password. It's not an elegant migration on the UX side, but it works.
