Minecraft is making me pay for something i already paid for

I have purchased many texture packs on ps4 and at first they transferred over to my PC because i used the same microsoft account for both, but now all my previously purchased packs are gone and say i need to pay AGAIN to use a pack i already paid for

edit: just realized all my skin packs are gone too, please help me

Hello there sorry that you're going through this are you Just now switching to bedrock on ps4. If yes the java version and bedrock are two different versions so everything will not transfer over.

http://billing.microsoft.com. Make sure you see the purchase there. If you don't, the purchase didn't go through and it's correct in saying buy it. Otherwise, you may need to contact Xbox Support.

If it's not listed there, double check
