    Okay, so I have no idea what to do anymore. Sorry for the bad English in the writing, I'm just trying to get this done as fast as possible. But anyway. Minecraft says I need to sign in, but when I go to sign in, I'm already signed into an account I've never used. I've tried using the account tab to sign out of it in the minecraft settings, it just tells me to sign out. I've tried clearing my data, my cashe, I've had this issue for I want to say 2 years now? I never bothered with it, since I never had a reason to before, but for reasons I will not disclose, I do now. I've never really had to go to support for a game before, and I've already gone to minecraft support, they've directed me to microsoft support, and I'm so lost with how many things there are here. I just need help. what do I do???? I've tried signing it into my account, and it just tells me that "oops, looks like you're already signed into ______ account." NO I'M NOT????? I DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT ACCOUNT?? I don't know the password, the email, or anything about that account. Who the hell is this????? it says I'm signed in, then tells me to sign into an account. I'm going to crash out. how do I even message microsoft support for help????

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello Juha, The Minecraft license is attached to the account that was purchased, if it was the account you created with the phone number, you'll have to play and log in through it.

    The fact that you create another account, and attach esthed the phone number to the account, does not transfer to the game, nor does it merge accounts.

    It is important to point out that if you're referring to transferring only the Minecraft profile to another Microsoft account, something like that can't be done.

    The Minecraft profile is attached to the Xbox profile, and this Xbox profile is attached to only one Microsoft account.

    The changing alias (email) steps I shared are just if you want to create a new one for each child account and remove the existing ones.
    However, Hotmail, Live, Outlook.com, and MSN addresses can't be added as aliases, and you can't add an alias that is already associated with another Microsoft account.

    So, if you actually use your Microsoft account for other things like Office 365, Outlook, etc., It is not recommended to go through this process.

    dude to account perma ban you will not be able to transfer content to an new account. you might still be able to use the content on another gt like minecraft and other downloadable games on the same console. but you will not be able to once you switch consoles.
    this is part of the ToU and by violating you lose the account and everything attached to that account, like gold, msp's, and dlc.
