Im sorry to hear about your issue, especially in these times.

Your purchase might be affected by the following:

• Logged Into the wrong Email.

when you are logged into not the same email it restores purchases from the current email.

• You did not buy it off of a licenced marketplace

If you purchased it with a modded website or a jailbreak then microsoft might have patched it.

Again, im sorry this has happenee to you. But if you did the following steps and it does not work please get in contact with apple store. If they can not figure out then Contact us.

Since this isn't officially supported due to being third-party, you might want to post about it in a Minecraft forum. Someone there may be able to test it on another iOS device or even the same iPad model.

First, make sure your iOS is fully updated.

Where did you get the texture packs? You could try reaching out to the developer to confirm if they've been tested on iPad or iPad Mini. In the meantime, since you've already gone through the basic troubleshooting steps, a factory reset might be worth considering. There could be some leftover cache files interfering with the packs' initialization on Minecraft’s end. Unlike PC, iOS troubleshooting is a bit limited, so if all else fails, you could check with Apple Support—though they might also direct you back to the texture pack developer.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue: Purchase made on iOS device. Log into Microsoft account (on ipad via minecraft app) and those purchases are not visible. Log out of account on iPad and purchase is visible again.

The purchases are stored on the device (my daugher's iOS) and I'm trying to get them to transfer to her microsoft account so we don't lose the content/purchases.

I am experiencing the same problems with all of my Minecraft Store bought packs (I am on PS4 and only my Minecraft Store packs have disappeared none form the playstation store have gone) I cant reinstall the packs without buying them again and i cant do
that however i was on Minecraft when my packs and templates got deactivated a message popped up when they went as i had a global resource pack on but it only said that they had been deactivated and i couldnt catch the rest, i even tried re downloading Minecraft
but to no avail, hope this info helps.
