    Minecraft installing via Xbox game pass not edition bought from official website.


    I have recently purchased Xbox game pass, and am looking to transfer my Minecraft onto a new device (I had previously bought Minecraft java from the official website). On my new device, when i run the installer it installs it with Xbox game pass. therefore not allowing me to modify the game. I have the same Microsoft account for Xbox game pass and my bought Minecraft account. How can I make it install with the official version.

    I have tried installing via the Minecraft websites installer, but it says "error continue in Microsoft store". It then still installs with Xbox game pass.

    I bought minecraft dungeons from the official website minecraftdungeons.com and I bought minecraft hero pass for dungeons on microsoft store on my web browser but it wont install and it wont link to my xbox live microsoft account which is linked to my minecraft
