    So, I want to buy Minecraft, but I live in Russia. Even though I live in Russia I still have Paypal from Germany. Will it work, if I change the region to Germany?

    If you were just able to change your region what would be the purpose of having them?

    Misrepresenting your location or using payment method is not attached to it are grounds for account and hardware bans
