Minecraft has been "pending" for 2 years. How do i stop this so i can play

Bought minecraft 2 years ago, played it for a few months then wanted to play again now. It said i havent purchased it so i tried on all my accounts, same every time. Checked status, it says i purchased it in 2021 and the purchase is "pending". Dont know how to fix, done a full shutdown unplug and restart, hope you can help

Please, check again your transaction history and make sure it was completed.

Please, follow these steps:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Select Payment & billing > Order history.

Hi George. Not for sure if you’re available. Everyone and not just Josh here has been having the problem occasionally which has been happening to where i can find 2-3 years ago. Seems ridiculous how this problem is not resolved. We have tried email after email, creating new emails, creating new accounts. resetting the ps4, deleting minecraft, and NOTHING has worked. I believe it’s an issue that Microsoft and Minecraft need to sit and resolved and it needs to stop being thrown to one corp to another corp. people are paying good money to play this game and want to play with cross platform friends. the account are not linked to another psn account, and the error message is a minecraft error message not microsoft. Not sure what else to do as i bought minecraft on my nitendo to play with my bf when ever i want and we can’t play bc he can’t log into his account. Fix it, and stop ignoring it, start contacting each other because you guys are failing.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. Note that your current 500 pending Credits is only .50 USD.
