Minecraft fps and stuttering issue

I have been recently having issues with all versions of minecraft on windows where it is locked at 60 fps and constantly stutters. This does not happen with any other higher performance games I have. I have tried updating my drivers and windows. I have also tried running the game on low settings even though I have a good computer. I contacted mojang support and they told me to ask here so what do I do?

May i know if you tried to force the use of your dedicated GPU in case that you have more than one graphics card?

After that restart the PC and verify if the issue persist or not

Yes I was! Thanks, now just hope they fix the FPS and stuttering issue.

My Xbox's output is 1080p and it's stuttering. The footage of the video is at 58.97 fps instead of 59.97 fps or 60 fps, this is the cause of the stutter. I checked an older capute of the same game and it's 59.97, no stutter at all. They messed the framerate at some point in an update.

I have a Xbox SS, my screen resolution is 1080p 60hz

Here are some links that might help you determine the issue, but before viewing them just make sure your HDMI cable is a 4K cable and not a regular one.

Considering that tv and movies run at 24 FPS and you don't see any stuttering, how can you see stuttering at 30 FPS when it is faster? I suspect your system is suffering from frame rate drops and is actually running at less than 24 FPS.
